Return Policy

We hope you love DailyBasis! However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 90-day refund policy.

Customers who wish to request a refund will not be required to return the product, and refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request. However, in cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in any way, we may request that you return the item for further inspection to help us improve our quality and prevent future issues. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
