FAQ's

Start taking one serving of DB1 on the first day of your period (the first day of bleeding) and continue for 15 days. On day 16, switch to DB2 and take one serving daily for the next 15 days or until your next period begins. Then, repeat the cycle with DB1.

For best results, take DailyBasis in the morning, shaken or stirred into water, a smoothie, your preferred milk, or yogurt. To minimize potential GI discomfort from ingredients like iron and zinc, we recommend taking it with food.
